1. Program description: We engage in communication and response to client interaction via automated text messages. Alternatively, we also engage in promotional offers and follow up engagement via text.
Example: We send messages to customers once they have contacted us about our services, and will continue to text them as a standard form of communication unless they opt-out.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, you will be unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
